Educational Trip- Delhi-2022

An educational tour was organized by our school after the Term I Examination from 23rd September to 28th September 2022. A meeting was organized to explain the sightseeing of the trip. A detailed itinerary of the visit was shared with the parents and students. Another meeting was held to explain the willing students about the do’s and don’ts during the trip and the documents to carry for the trip. Teachers meeting were conducted where the teachers and students ratio was decided. A teacher: 4 students were fixed.

On the day of Trip students reached school at sharp 05:30 AM. From there all 65 students and teachers in two vans started to Coimbatore Airport. After breakfast at sharp 9:00 AM, boarded the flight (Indigo Airlines). Students thoroughly enjoyed the flight journey. Reached sharply at 12:30 PM, reached Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport. After lunch Enroute sightseeing the Supreme Court, Parliament and India Gate, started to Akshardham temple where students enjoyed the water show at 9:30 PM and reached the hotel. Day 1 ended happily.

Our day 2 started with the visit of Birla Mandhir. After that students had an excellent experience at the Indira Gandhi Museum.

After lunch at Tamilnadu Illam Delhi, students were taken to Lotus Temple.

Day 2’s last visit was Mathura (Krishna Janmasthaan). After the visit, stayed  at Agra.

Day 3 started with the visit to Tajmahal. Students admired the majestic beauty of Tajmahal. To add in their memoirs students took a number of photos in the premises of Taj Mahal.

Students were taken to Agra Fort where a guide explained the stories behind the Fort. After lunch students were taken to Fatehpur Sikri where they admired Buland Darwaza, the highest gateway in the world. After the visit students were taken to Jaipur hotel and had an excellent sleep.

Day 4 started at Jantar Mantar. It consists of 13 architectural astronomy instruments. The site is one of five built by Maharaja Jai Singh II, revising the calendar and astronomical tables. Students were explained about the working of each instrument.

After the visit of Jantar Mantar students were taken to City Palace. Later students were taken to purchase.

Day 5 students started their day at Qutub Minar. Then students enjoyed their visit to Raj Ghat.

Finally, students boarded the flight at 01:50 AM and reached Coimbatore Airport at 09:00 AM in the morning. This trip was enjoyed by the students and teachers a lot. Came back with sweet memories.
